Refund & Exchange Policy

At Cotton Horse Clothes, our goal is to have satisfied customers. If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it according to our policy below.

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received and the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

If you need a different size or colour of the same item, please send a note with your return and tell us what to send instead and we will ship it no charge.

You will be responsible for paying your shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will pay the shipping cost of sending the new item back to you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
